Return & Refund Policy:
We endeavor to provide the best services during subscription period.
We offer a 10 Day Trial period to try out our services and utilize our platform to set up your online business.
We offer a 30 days refund policy only on our premium subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our services, you can request for a refund of the subscription amount.
Refunds will be calculated on pro-rata basis and will be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase viz. credit card, debit card, net banking.
Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us and we will gladly help you. It may take 7-15 days for the refund to be reach your bank accounts.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order any time before you have setup your store or used our platform by calling or via email to our customer service. In such a case we shall refund any payments already made by you for the order as per the prevailing Refund Policy.
On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed.
Third-Party Product Returns & Cancellations
Cartpan acts as an intermediatory platform for businesses to setup their online stores and business websites. The products listed on the respective websites are the properties of the individual / company.
Refunds, exchange or cancellation pertaining to the products listed on our member websites will not be covered under our regular Refund & Cancellation Policies.
